AnyMind Group [TSE: 5027], a technology company for the business supply chain, has today announced the completion of its full acquisition of Indonesia-based e-commerce enabler and distributor, Digital Distribusi Indonesia (DDI).
Kosuke Sogo, CEO of AnyMind Group, said: “Over the years, we have developed platforms across the business supply chain that look to deliver better efficiency and effectiveness across areas such as e-commerce, marketing, logistics, customer engagement, and more. This highly synergistic blend of our technology and DDI’s expertise in the e-commerce space means that our customers have a trusted and capable partner that can match their expansion and growth ambitions across APAC.”
Expansion of business synergies and offerings of both companies
DDI was established in October 2019, and has developed significant expertise and service capabilities for the e-commerce industry in Indonesia whilst building a customer network and track record with major consumer goods companies.
DDI will continue to operate under the DDI brand in Indonesia whilst scaling their e-commerce expertise to AnyMind Group’s other markets. As such, DDI’s founder and CEO Tatum Kembara, has also been appointed as Managing Director, D2C and E-Commerce Enablement, AnyMind Group.
AnyMind Group will first roll out its e-commerce management platform, AnyX, to DDI’s customers (termed principals by DDI) in Indonesia, providing them with a single, consolidated dashboard to manage and track their e-commerce marketplaces and platforms such as Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, TikTok Shop and more, along with features to consolidate and attribute advertising data to product sales. In addition, DDI principals can also tap on AnyMind Group’s marketing platforms for influencer marketing (AnyTag) and digital marketing (AnyDigital and POKKT), along with established networks of web and app publishers and creators in Indonesia and across APAC.
On her new appointment and merger of DDI to AnyMind Group, Kembara said: “This is a unique opportunity that brings together a complementary blend of technology and expertise, providing us with even more offerings for our principals to grow. I’m also excited to expand the know-how we have gathered over the years to help teams across AnyMind Group’s other markets to serve our principals better.”
