AXA Hong Kong and Macau (AXA) has announced a joint venture with global no-code insurance platform CoverGo. This move was made to boost AXA’s service efficiency in Hong Kong by increasing its market speed and improving customer experience.

CoverGo’s new platform uses an API-driven approach which makes it easy to integrate AXA’s existing system. The first product available on the platform is AXA’s SmartHelper Plus, an insurance plan that provides support for foreign domestic helpers with protection plans for local domestic helpers and postnatal care helpers.
