KUALA LUMPUR, 1 OCTOBER 2024 – Gear up Doraemon fans! The first ever official Doraemon Run 2024 has finally arrived in Malaysia where you can spend the weekend with your favourite blue robot cat. Happening at the Kepong Metropolitan Park this 29 December, this run promises to relive the best childhood memories with this iconic character whilst having a healthy day out with friends and family. Powered by JomRun, Early Bird registrations are currently open for all Malaysians looking to run with Doraemon and score exclusive merchandise.
The Doraemon Run 2024 welcomes everyone of all ages to participate. Whether you’re a seasoned runner aiming for the 7km or prefer a leisurely 3.5km stroll with a family, it promises more than a run! No matter your pace, the run promises pure fun with special photo zones around the gathering point where everyone can snap memorable photos to commemorate their run with Doraemon and friends.

Participants across both distances will receive awesome Doraemon-themed perks: the official Doraemon Run 2024 event jersey, race bib as well as their medal and e-certificate upon finishing the run. On top of that, avid Doraemon fans can take it up a notch by opting for the Premium or Super Fans packages which unlock even more exclusive goodies such as tote bags, mugs, keychains and other collectible items.

Currently, the Early Bird packages are still up for grabs from RM79.99 before normal-priced tickets will be available and the registration period will end on 27 December 2024. Participants will be required to pick up their official race kits at Decathlon, Sri Damansara on 28 December between 11 AM to 6 PM. And as an extra treat, every participant will also receive a RM10 voucher from Decathlon – just in time for some last-minute gear upgrades before race day!
