In addition to its environmental initiatives, Farglory Life Insurance has launched the “Take a Breath, Empowerment” Family Caregiver Service Program. This program was established to support family caregivers who face significant emotional and physical challenges due to their intensive caregiving roles. The program offers various services, including nutritional consultations, barrier-free medical transportation, art therapy workshops, baking courses, and micro-insurance coverage, all designed to address caregivers’ diverse needs and affirm their self-worth.
Over its five-year implementation, the Family Caregiver Service Program has achieved significant milestones. It has organized 195 respite classes, 14 charity stage plays, and collaborated with 75 non-profit organizations and 6 government entities, benefiting a total of 8,168 individuals. Specific services provided include nutritional support for 66 households, barrier-free medical transportation for 151 households, and medical care assistance for 204 households. Additionally, 7,800 care recipients have received basic accident insurance coverage.
Farglory Life Insurance places a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement and transparency. The company uses various communication channels, such as its corporate sustainability report, website, and customer service platforms, to gather feedback and address stakeholder concerns.
