As a comprehensive financial service company, providing multiple installment businesses for vehicles and car refinance loans, and most recently the company has ventured into the solar energy industry. Looking to the future, HFC marches towards sustainable development while continuously improving and innovating various auto finance products to exceed customer expectations.
With the continuous expansion of the company’s business operations and the international trend of ESG, HFC officially launched the project “HFC 3.0” in 2022, and declared the strategies of talent empowerment for the company’s future development.

In 2022, its employees received over 10,000 hours of education and training, while there were 1,075 employees finishing ESG Online course.

With the vision of sustainable development, HFC believes the success of an enterprise lies in social support. Hence employees are encouraged to participate in every volunteer activity. In 2022, the total number of volunteers was 2,118 and the volunteer hours were up to 8,706 hours.
HFC seriously considers all employees’ opinions so by conducting a satisfaction survey every year. In 2022, the response rate of the HFC Employee Satisfaction Survey was 100%, and the result showed as much as 91.3% of employees were “satisfied” and “extremely satisfied” with the company. There have been significant improvements in the three aspects of “interaction with supervisors and co-workers, company environment and facilities, and education and training” in the 2022 satisfaction survey, indicating that there is widespread agreement among employees with the company’s efforts in the development of the work atmosphere and training.
HFC also collaborates with its stakeholders to create a happy workplace. The outstanding performance so far encourages the company to commit to becoming a model company for the industry.
