As part of this collaboration, Trident will migrate its entire suite of digital services onto Tencent Cloud’s cutting-edge infrastructure, while also incorporating advanced metaverse solutions.
This alliance marks a significant milestone in digital innovation, positioning Trident as Tencent Cloud’s first Metaverse-in-a-Box customer in Singapore.

To power its ambitious expansion, Trident will fully operate on Tencent Cloud’s infrastructure, utilising an array of cutting-edge solutions, including Cloud Virtual Machine (CVM), TencentDB, EdgeOne, Cloud Workload Protection Platform (CWPP), Cloud Load Balancer (CLB), Elastic IP (EIP), Tencent Kubernetes Engine (TKE), and Elasticsearch Service (ES).
With a target of reaching millions of monthly active users by 2025, Trident is strategically positioning itself to capitalise on the surging demand for digital services across Southeast Asia and Africa. A prime example of this was its pivotal role in Singapore’s National Day Parade (NDP) 2024, where Trident—serving as the Principal Partner—created a metaverse version of the NDP.
This ambitious project featured virtual games and digital recreations of Singapore’s iconic landmarks, offering thousands of users a fully immersive experience.
With Tencent Cloud’s support, Trident was able to scale its cloud infrastructure in just three days, ensuring a seamless and engaging metaverse experience on the day of the event.
