VSIP Group Celebrates 27 Years of Success

VSIP Group – a symbol of Vietnam – Singapore Friendship and Cooperation, is celebrating an amazing 27 years in its business journey this year. Riding on the success of VSIP in Southern Vietnam, in 2007, VSIP Group embarked on its expansion to Northern Vietnam with the establishment of VSIP Joint Stock Company (VSIP JSC). Up to now, the footprints in the North have strongly expanded with the key main 5 Integrated Township and Industrial Parks and the ongoing and upcoming Project scale.

VSIP Bac Ninh started in 2007, covers an area of 635 hectares consisting of 150 hectares for the township, 480 hectares for industrial manufacturing, and 20 hectares for the Business Hub which is designed for office buildings, R&D centers, data & testing centers, hi-tech manufacturing – assembling and commercial spaces. Located at the border between Hanoi city and Bac Ninh province, only 20 km from the downtown, VSIP Bac Ninh has successfully developed into a modern and green township and industrial estate ideal for 120 enterprises from dozens of economies.

VSIP Hai Phong was launched in January 2010, with a total area of 1,600 hectares (1,100 hectares of the township and 500 hectares of industrial land). Apart from the world-class infrastructure and dedicated customer services, tenants in VSIP Hai Phong can also enjoy its proximity to Hai Phong City, and Lach Huyen seaports, and enjoy the most preferential tax incentive scheme in Vietnam.

VSIP Hai Duong was established in 2015 with 150 hectares of industrial land and offers investors a very competitive cost structure and self-contained.

VSIP Bac Ninh II, launched in early 2019 with 275 ha, is the fourth industrial park of VSIP in the North. The site is located only a 15-minute drive to Noi Bai International Airport, a 25-minute drive to Hanoi downtown, and close to the automotive hub and electronics hub of the North. With such great advantages, VSIP Bac Ninh II offers a very good option for manufacturing.

VSIP Lang Son, launched in early 2023, is in Huu Lung District, covering a total area of 599.76 hectares, with a total investment of over 274.7 million USD, is the latest industrial park of VSIP JSC. This is also the fifth footprint of VSIP Group in Northern Vietnam.

The VSIP Group will keep growing and expanding its business and services. By continuously providing innovative integrated townships and industrial developments, the company aims to be a leader in its industry. By setting an example for others, the VSIP Group strives for corporate excellence, sustainability, and communal focus.
