Zoom Video Communications has launched two new updates under its Zoom Events portfolio. The first is an update on its Production Studio, and the second being a hybrid experience for mobile app for events. The new additions aim to help event professionals expand the reach and foster a community beyond the events, while engaging and informing audiences.
The production studio is launched for Zoom events and Zoom sessions to create virtual event design elements for professional events easily. The studio is available globally with Zoom events and Zoom sessions license and allows professionals to free the time and budget with a production agency.
Production studio features dynamic layout selection, customised branding, presenter management tools and technical features to help the professionals.
Meanwhile, Zoom has updated its mobile app with access to Zoom events which are available for Android and iOS systems globally. Users can access the hybrid event experience from the existing app without downloading a new one. The app hence can manage an itinerary, event chat, session Q&A, and networking easier for on-the-go participants.
“Now, every event pro has access to professional-looking events in an easy-to-use interface, without spending thousands of dollars on a production agency. With Production Studio, event specialists can curate and customise the attendee experience without needing specialised design skills,” said Annika Elias, product manager at Zoom.
Back in September last year 2022, Zoom updated its visual identity, including colour palette, typography, and product icons, among others. Working with 72andSunny, the company also updated its core blue to enhance legibility and advance accessibility on the platform.
